Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email info@helchock.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

First determine where and how you are going to store your helmet. 

Determine if your helmet will clear obstructions when placed in a docked position.

The Helchock works best if the weight is centered down. Meaning that if it is placed in the rear of the helmet the remaining forward weight of the helmet will act like a lever and might shear down. If this can be avoided this can be remedied by canting the receiving mount up or using the magnet docking shell. 

Follow installation instructions and place the Helchock 

1. First clean the helmet with soap and water, then wipe dry.
2. Determine where you will place the Helchock.
3. Wipe installation area clean with the provided alcohol wipe.
4. Let dry.
5. Remove 3m VHB tape backing and apply the Helchock in the desired location.
6. Apply pressure for 5 minutes and let the tape rest 24 hours to provide maximum adhesion before you put into use.
7. Repeat on all other helmets. 

Helchock Placement

The Helchock helmet system can support most helmets when properly placed. Placement on the helmet is key to having a safe drop free support. The placement of the helmet should determine how to helmet will be stowed. If there is too much weight forward from the Helchock, the extra weight acts as a lever amplifying the weight of the helmets pull. This may cause the helmet to rotate and dislodge magnetically from its stowed position. Refer to the image below for hanging direction. 

Note - Lighter helmets may be able to hang in any direction make sure to test the position so that no light bumps will dislodge the helmet from its stowed position.

Placement A -

If the Helchock is placed in position “A” hang the helmet in this direction

Placement B –

               If the Helchock is placed in Position B Hang the helmet in this direction

Helchock is a two part magnetic docking system. It uses two very high strength neodymium magnets oriented so they pull towards each other. One magnet is positioned in a flexible rubber carrier so it can be mounted on a curved surface to a straight flat surface. The other magnet is a cupped magnet that can be mounted to various surfaces via thread, ram mount, tape, glue, etc. 

The rubber carrier is attached to the objects surface using 3m VHB tape to ensure a good bond and a non-damaging attachment.
